Bureau for Visual Affairs DaylightCal iphone app
Ever wanted to know how many hours of daylight are left in the day? Or when the sunrise is going to be? Well the design agency Bureau for Visual Affairs have just released a great little app for your iphone that does just that.
Nothings better than a quick demonstration so today in London the sunrise will be at 7.53 and sunset will be at 16.30. The sun will be highest at 12.11, at an angle of 18.6 degrees.
If that wasn’t quite satisfying enough it then works out the visual day light colour based on the angle of sunlight (saturation) the predicted temperature (hue) and the weather conditions (brightness). Lovely.
