The John Reeves collection
The John Reeves collection at the Natural History Museum is a remarkable collection of Chinese drawings of animals and plants and is one of the most important in the Museum Library. It contains more than 2,000 scientifically important and beautiful botanical and zoological paintings from 1812-1831.
